About
Pascal Phoa is a New York based actor of Indonesian and Chinese descent.
Born in Indonesia and raised in Singapore and the United States, Pascal has been performing in theater since 2018 around the country.
While Pascal’s experience and passion lie in performing classical and contemporary plays, he is trained vocally in musical theater and is able to pick up basic ballet and jazz choreography.
Pascal graduated with a BSc. in Computer Science from the University of Notre Dame in 2021 and graduated from Circle in the Square Theatre School in 2025 where he studied acting. In previous years, Pascal has worked as a software developer and UX designer professionally.
In his spare time, Pascal enjoys running, cooking, trying out new coffee shops, and watching Manchester United lose. He has been a Manchester City supporter since 2011.
