Pascal Phoa is a New York based actor of Indonesian and Chinese descent.

Born in Indonesia and raised in Singapore and the United States, Pascal has been performing in theater since 2018 around the country. He is passionate about acting in classical plays such as Shakespeare, the Greeks, Chekhov, as well as contemporary and new plays around the city.

His other artistic pursuits include acting on-camera, modeling, writing presentations, and writing plays. He wrote and starred in an original play Last Train to Nevada that premiered at Chain Theatre’s Winter One-Act Festival 2025.

Pascal graduated with a BSc. in Computer Science from the University of Notre Dame in 2021 and graduated from Circle in the Square Theatre School in 2025 where he studied acting.

In his spare time, Pascal enjoys running, cooking, trying out new coffee shops, and watching Manchester United lose. He is a soccer fan and has been a Manchester City supporter since 2011.
